Services
We offer a range of services in the civil construction industry including a full directional drilling service. From asset location, non-destructive drilling (hydro-excavation) and general excavations we can complete your project from start to finish.
Asset location
H&M Drilling uses digital locators to find existing underground assets. Before commencing a project the first step we take is to couple the asset location with the Dial before you dig plans. Potholing to expose existing services using NDD techniques to eliminate asset damage.
Non Destructive Digging
H&M Drilling has the equipment to perform non destructive digging (hydro excavation). This along with our asset location equipment and highly trained staff enables us to expose assets. This is a safer and environmentally friendly way of digging.
Directional Drilling
We offer a complete drilling service from start to finish. We locate assets, excavate the entry and exit holes, install pipe, and if required, install pits, reinstate concrete, topsoil and reseed. Our Ditch Witch JT30AT drill is capable of drilling and installing pipe up to 500mm in diameter. It is also capable of drilling in any ground condition including solid rock.
Rock Drilling
Our Ditch Witch JT30AT drill is capable of drilling and installing pipe up to 500mm in diameter, in any ground condition including solid rock. With over 30 years combined experience in the civil construction industry our team are highly qualified in rock drilling.
Rock Excavations
Along with rock drilling comes our ability to excavate in rock. We have the equipment and the means to break up the rock and remove it from site. Our 3.2 tonne excavator and rock breaker meet these needs. We can excavate in any type of rock, including solid rock.
General Excavations
With our 3.2 tonne excavator we are able to dig open trenches, which goes hand in hand with the directional drilling side of our works. Whether its digging the entry and exit holes for the drill or an open trench to lay pipe in, our operators are well trained and experienced on the digger.
